UBI isn't going to pay for people to go on tropical vacations, people will still work, just less to survive. And the rich? The rich are going to replace the average person's job with a robot/software anyway. What's the point of all this automation if not to work less? I didn't realize The Jetsons was such a dystopian vision of the future. Well, as long as we're the Haves it's not our problem.
