- osrec 4y agoNot really. If my school produced murderers, we'd definitely know about it. It would be a big deal. Like certain notorious schools in inner city London. There were some crazy nut cases in my comprehensive school in the north of England, but even they seemed to have eventually lived fairly decent lives. Having been to university with a large number of old Etonians, I can tell you with some confidene that a significant proportion of them believe themselves to be above the law.
- fmajid 4y agoAnd sadly that belief is entirely rational and supported by the facts, the British legal system being designed with the overriding concern of protecting the aristocracy and Establishment.

- etothepii 4y agoCan you name any of these notorious schools in inner city London.
- aa-jv 4y agoI have never met an Etonian who wasn't an obnoxious, narcissistic, deprived, cretinous prig. I'd love to meet one but I don't think they escape Eton unless such characteristics are deeply inculcated.
- etothepii 4y agoThis is usually less true of the King's Scholars.

- sirsinsalot 4y agoI can taste the bitter spite of privilege
- Veen 4y agoYes, while some murderers go to Eton, the vast majority go to school somewhere else.
- blitzar 4y ago99.99999% of UK murderers DID NOT go to Eton.
- jefftk 4y agoI doubt there have been 10M UK murderers ever.
- LordDragonfang 4y agoIt's probably on the order of 1M, extrapolating from the current murders/year of somewhere between 500 and 1000
- onetimeusename 4y agoalso, no idea how long it's been around. Eton has existed for centuries. ...bound to be a few murderers
