- yegle 4y agoFWIW, consumers (users of Chrome/Android/Gmail etc) are not Google's customers. Advertisers/Google Workspace users/GCP users are.
- seunosewa 4y agoMany consumers have signed up for google cloud storage for their mail and photos. They are google's customers too.

If you self-served your way into those advertising/workspace/GCP and didn't sign a paper contract guaranteeing a human client executive and support, support is gonna be zilch.
