I agree it "sucks" however I do not agree it should be "illegal" We would just end up with SOPA 2.0 Seriously can you imagine the chilling effect it would have if it were made illegal? Facebook would never have made it under that kind of law because they would have claimed it was a knockoff of Myspace/friendster/hi5/ "insert social network here".
