- 1letterunixname 4y agoCan gain up to 20k IU in 30 minutes of full summer sun, although it requires Vitamin A status to be sufficient too. The issue is that sun causes wrinkles and is ionizing radiation. Better to just get the exact substrate needed without looking older or risking skin cancer.
