Everyone is saying that the market is bad, which I would not dispute. But many internal recruiters have been on Winter holidays until early January. Now that they are back, they have bigger priorities than headhunting - for example, to catch up with a lot of resumes which have come in over the holiday period. I have noticed a period with no recruiters reaching out to me since around the start of December, too. But now I'm back to the usual volume of InMail, emails, and so on.
