I don't work in a FAANG. I do have 24 years experience in my field however, and most of the people that work for me have 2-3 years. Stop looking at the differences. Start looking at the capabilities. Trust them with things and see how they do instead of hand holding them. They don't need it or want it. Treat them like coworkers, not subjects.
