What's most frustrating is the utter lack of accountability or communication to and from these companies. I'd love it if there was a direct line to the leadership of these companies to address and improve this kind of issue. HN is full of engineers, why can't your perfectly reasonable scenario get escalated and addressed properly? The people need a voice.
