Talk to your manager and find alignment on what the team needs and how you might fit that. If your manager sees/acknowledges what you do and is in favor of you mentoring more — and you want that — figure it out, put it in writing, etc. If you don’t want that, find alignment with your manager. If they are a good manager they’ll allow you to focus on coding.
You might be in a position to give a little and get a lot back both in the eyes of management and your own career satisfaction (teaching over coding as much) so I encourage you to try to zoom out, communicate, and get on the same page as the teams manager.
