This is what it feels like to get more senior. Your role is to coach others increasingly versus delivery.
- Cwizard 4y agoDepends on the organisation, at my last job you could become a senior IC (which does not have any management or mentoring requirements) or you could become a ‘lead’ which is expected to coach the others in the team.
