Median rent for what? Studios? Full houses?
- jeffbee 4y agoCensus doesn’t differentiate and the rental stock in SF doesn’t change fast enough for there to have been a mix shift in only ten years. In Berkeley, the majority of our rental units are studios or 1-beds.
