So you can just buy a company's name as a domain on a new TLD without legal issues?
- detaro 4y agoBuy? yes. Keep? Depends if your use infringes on the companys rights and if it wants to cause you legal issues. A company having a trademark doesn't mean it owns every use of the word after all.
- potamic 4y agoThe other way, does every registered company have a legal right to claim the infinite domains that contain their name somewhere in the middle?
