I owe you an apology. I was reading quickly and thought you were making a very different point than you were making. I’m sorry for my abrupt and dismissive response. I agree with you. I’d owe you the same apology for misreading you if I came to disagree. But I do agree. And I’m glad you were thoughtful in your reply, which I probably didn’t welcome enough. For what it’s worth I do think there’s still a case for nihilism in there! Just the good kind.
