Sorry, I didn't mean for my comment on machine learning to be taken as any sort of argument that either: a) it is possible to build an expert system to classify online content into 'infringing' vs. 'non-infringing' b) were it possible to build such a system, attaching the deployment of such a system to a piece of federal legislation would be a legitimate use of government power
