Act is okay, but the runner image behaves quite differently than a GitHub runner would. The original image would just be too big for reasonable local workflows.

Act is okay, but the runner image behaves quite differently than a GitHub runner would. The original image would just be too big for reasonable local workflows.
Also artifacts don't seem to be supported.
