Yeah its more or an art than a science, but get metrics based on how they self identify
- TurkishPoptart 4y agoWhat if I don't want to "self identify"? Can't I just do my job as an individual, instead of a half-South African woman employee? I don't like this, and I don't like that this is becoming the norm; it does way more harm in the long run than good in my view.
