HARPA.AI is a new Chrome Extension that makes ChatGPT by OpenAI aware of the web page content, allowing you to run AI prompts over web pages:
* Display ChatGPT responses alongside Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo search results.
* Summarize or rephrase any page content into a few paragraphs, a tweet, bullets list, email or a post.
* Extract or scrape tabular data, key-value pairs, SEO keywords, and prices from any web page.
* Get product price alerts from e-commerce websites like Walmart, Amazon, AliExpress, and more.

- fallingmeat 4y agonot bad! eager to see how the economics work out. is openAi endpoint cost scalable for a "free" or "free-ish" service like this (seems like there will be a very liberal use of queries)?
- jdarchitect 4y agoYep, the queries won't be cheap, but there are ways to reduce the amount of page context sent to ChatGPT. Also, it supports dialog mode, so if you want to ask multiple questions about a single web page, the page context is sent only once.
