- TedDoesntTalk 4y agoIt’s not an attack. It’s an observation based on his lack of team awareness. One of the marks of a senior engineer is someone who is aware he’s part of a group and strives to contribute to a group, rather than a soloist mindset. Call is social maturity if you like.
