And this is why I buy exclusively from Microcenter. My sympathies to those without local access to one.

  Hmm I think it was mentioned offhand in some news update video but if you google the people in the video we can check their linkedin. Terry Cox it seems he was laid off in June 2022. Don Gwizdak is still there. Eric Wein is still there. Vince Aguilar is still there. So I guess I mis-spoke and it's just one guy (Terry Cox, VP of Customer Service) who is gone already.

That newegg interview was the strangest and most awkward encounter imagineable. The whole overly corporate feel of the company was exposed and just made them look even worse.
