Treat this as you would a non-liquid startup talking about a huge market cap or when the Trump brand gets valued at whatever it takes to make him a billionaire. The jewels are valuable because of their intrinsic beauty, their cultural significance, and the (exploited) labor that went into making them. No need to put a number on it.
