I think this is actually a big part of it, we are seeing more and more people replace children with pets, and I think it is a long term major mistake.
- helen___keller 4y agoI don’t think you’re wrong, but both the causes and consequences are born at the societal level so there’s a tragedy of the commons happening (where “the commons” is having a stable population I suppose)
