I thought of Aptera when I saw the title. They are planning to start production this year. There's also the potential for daily solar charging as many people park outside. This is kind of the important part because charging infrastructure isn't that good and with more EV's there will be waiting times. Still, charging 20-40 miles a day in the sun should be good enough for many commutes. And many people work from home a few days a week so the charge time in the sun will be even greater.
