Vertical Farming Falls Short of the Hype
- BMc2020 4y agoSome of the obstacles are obvious – energy use being top of the list. VF isn't a big deal in the USA with it's amber waves of grain upon the fruited plain. It's a very big deal where food security is national security - Japan, Korea, Mideast countries. Not every issue is all about America.
