I actually think it's quite good, especially with the M1 Pro. However, I wish there was some version of FancyZones for Mac that supported the same shift-drag to fill into templated cells.

If you haven't used it, Rectangle gets close to this. It's what I've been using on Macs in place of FancyZones: https://rectangleapp.com https://rectangleapp.com
