Developers rejecting any kind of hiring standards isn't helping much either.
- jbirer 4y agoReally depends on the standards. Those who reject technical standards are obviously the ones with no skill who are just trying to get out of their parents house / developing country. But I get silly requirements like personality tests. I am a psychopath who hates socializing, now hire me and give me money for my skills, you don't need to know my astrology sign.
