And AFAIK there are only the narrowest of methods of preventing someone from riding in a vehicle, almost assuredly associated with criminal proceedings. And, even if you don't have a license to drive it's illegal for them to even check unless there is RAS you've committed a crime to initiate a stop. Meanwhile TSA searches you on no RAS.
