Yes, freedom of movement is a human right.
- Hamuko 4y agoI feel like people have tried to use this as justification for operating a motor vehicle without a government-mandated license without much success.
- notch898a 4y agoFalse equivalence. The no-fly is about boarding the airplane at all, not operating it. And AFAIK there are only the narrowest of methods of preventing someone from riding in a vehicle, almost assuredly associated with criminal proceedings. And, even if you don't have a license to drive it's illegal for them to even check unless there is RAS you've committed a crime to initiate a stop. Meanwhile TSA searches you on no RAS.
