  Isn't ChatGPT already trained when using it? I assumed it would discard/isolate information in a session

Your conversations may be reviewed by our AI trainers to improve our systems. I don't think this is guaranteed. They may not train ChatGPT directly on user chat sessions but the data can still be seen by OpenAI employees.
