Choosing the Correct High-Bandwidth Memory
- rbanffy 4y agoWhile there is a push for centralizing everything into a single compute engine and virtualizing the individual workloads, since they are playing with chiplets on interposers, they might as well treat those chiplets as individual computers, with their own memory, tied together (so they may communicate between them) by a high-speed network and to the rest of the car.
