If you don't think so, try traveling a bit and see how the rest of the world works. They're not asking for a mental health day. In Silicon Valley, it'd be better to take a day in which developers work in a normal job and a normal wage. They'll appreciate what they have much more and might do more for their mental health. In other countries where developers aren't treated like gods? Probably a good thing.
