We'd hope. I can imagine HR pulling reports of people who didn't seem to be staring at Serious Things long enough each day. I can also imagine being asked "how did you finish that ticket in only 2hr?" Answer: I'm a 10X devloper, of course (I kid, I am not, but I am disgusted by the idea that logging everything is required, instead of just, you know, talking to your employees - but who has time for that, eh?)
