It's a good idea. I've long wanted a way to subscribe to a shifted version of a podcast, either as a way to slowly consume a new discovery or replay a podcast I enjoyed from the past. It seems much better to make this a feature in the client, though, rather than try to get every producer to produce alternate feeds.
