And also not needed for the employees to be able to survive. So it is a no brainer here for customers to go to restaurant or cafés. You can still tip, really as a small gesture, but it is with coins you leave on the table before leaving if you enjoyed the service. Around 0.5, 1 or 2 euros. You do that after you paid when the employee leave so lot less social pressure. The idea of the tip here is to thank the employee with something to pay a coffee or drink.
