I'm more interested to know where the money is coming from for these workers who are not working. Are they just living off of welfare, savings, family, or what?

I'm more interested to know where the money is coming from for these workers who are not working. Are they just living off of welfare, savings, family, or what? Economics would dictate that at some point they have to reenter the job market, even if they don't like the price point. Am I missing something?
