Thanks for reporting. I'm on Firefox android and can't reproduce. No sentry error so I assume the front is not sending the request. The email is an 'email' field and apparently firefox mobile will block sending if the email is invalid (missing @, ...) without showing any warning, is the email standard? (Other obvious steps: is it still happening after a refresh, the stack is vueJS (+ laravel/inertia) so I assume you have JS enabled already? ublock shouldn't be an issue.)
