- gus_massa 4y agoIt likes aromatic cycles (like benzene https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzene https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzene) too much. Is the source code available? There are many standard programs to get the position of the atoms once you know how they are connected. Does the AI generate the structure and use a one of them to get the 3D positions or the AI does all the work?
