"Now, use the mechanisms on the catapult to launch the catapult" There was no other explanation of what your options were. I tried: 'pull the lever' 'release the spring' 'fire the catapult' 'pull back the lever' 'use the lever' It finally turned out to be something like "release the lever". The problem with chat is that you are attaching it to a rigid user interface that has a tiny subset of options compared to the breadth of human language. The user has to probe the awful chatbot for these options.
