This is not good. Intel needs to be doubling down on R&D, new products and services. I'm extremely disappointed in Pat Gelsinger here. He's committing to growing a dividend while free cash flow is negative, while cutting jobs and important R&D. Pat needs to cut the dividend and use that to invest in the future of the company.
