I'd recommend to check out and experiment with expo.io. In principle you can use RN also for web and android tablets. The reality will be a bit different, but I guess mostly depends on what 3p libraries and device features you need. If I recall correctly it's also pretty straightforward to maintain parts of the code for a specific architecture, like component.ios / component.web - expo (or RN, I don't know tbh) handles the correct packaging.
