I had a misdelivered package and ultimately was able to get a refund via an chat assistant. No where on the regular pages could I find how to report this.
This was a few years ago. No doubt, this was removed now.
- themadturk 4y agoI had exactly that situation remedied about a month ago by calling their toll free number.
- freitzkriesler 4y agoI live in a townhouse complex where the doors all look alike. However, I have a welcome mat. Would be very easy to deliver it and shrug it off. The mat however is what I look for in every one of those pics.
