hahaha. i do that all the time. write some draft and then research it only to find out i was totally wrong. i was confused by the name too. now you got me thinking how they managed to not be sued by the university. that's an interesting story. sucks getting into a law suit so early on. and ya, i wonder if school incubators try and lay claim to ip rights.
