- cryptonector 4y agoYeah, but does anyone really bother? Is there any German case law about this?
- GoblinSlayer 4y agoGermany uses civil law (Roman system), not common law.
- cryptonector 4y agoThe courts might not make common law, but there could still be no court cases at all about public domain software, which would be pretty telling that those just don't come up even though there's an abundance of public domain source code.
