- anigbrowl 4y agoI can revert it to the more anodyne original ('Legislature changes rules for retaining correspondence'), but I thought he first line of the article better summarized the contested nature of the change.
- tptacek 4y agoIt depends on whether you want to perfectly represent the article or make the threads less of a debacle. I'd dial the title way back if you care more about the latter.
