- faebi 4y agoNot really, I don't work for Migros, Galaxus or Digitec. I'm just a happy customer who likes their moves to more transparency.

- mikl 4y agoAny product announcement is an ad. This happens to be an interesting innovation in online retail, quite on point for this site.
- greenthrow 4y agoI obviously disagree. Reviews are not a new thing. Yes this is a slightly different spin on it but ultimately it is less information than reviews since we don't know why things were returned.
- mikl 4y agoI don’t see how you can equate this with reviews. Reviews are almost useless these days, because they can be (and are) spammed by bots and only a small minority of real buyers post reviews. But since returns are handled by Galaxus themselves, these numbers can’t be easily fudged. You’d have to actually buy the product and return it to negatively affect these scores.
