Meanwhile, on Amazon I ordered something with "same-day delivery", and it hasn't even been shipped 5 days later by the seller. There is no way to leave a review, because by their policy if there were shipment issues, you can't leave a review for the product (I tried once, when I paid for a shelf that I really needed, and it took 2 weeks before the order was marked as cancelled, I left a review that I never received the product, it was deleted).
- Pxtl 4y agoAFAIK you can complain about delivery stuff under seller feedback, just not under product reviews.
- XCSme 4y agoBut that is private feedback, right? There is not even a rating for sellers, as on eBay, so buying from a 3rd party seller feels as risky as buying it from a random website. This doesn't even go to Amazon I think, it goes directly to the seller. EDIT: I stand corrected, you can leave public feedback on the seller's page (it's a bit hard to get there, you have to go through the sold product). That being said, refunding the non-delivered item doesn't seem to be possible without contacting support.
