On the one hand, the fact that anything outside of ASCII is a failure mode is good for a laugh.
On the other hand, “AI” defaulting to a narrow and US-centric view of the world is not doing the discipline any favors.
Is it really that hard to find training data?
- senbrow 4y agoSomeone created this really neat toy for us all to enjoy for free. They don't owe anyone anything, and certainly don't deserve to be used as an example of what's wrong with an entire discipline.
