Since it wasn't obvious to the OP, Skill clouds are for ATS filters, not human eyes. For the human eyes, emphasize job title, the company (basically a brand name), and key results at the position. Emphasize your education if you went to an Ivy school or top state school, otherwise it won't hold much weight. Ultimately it's a numbers game, if your resume gets in a stack with Ivy & FAANG holders, you are fucked, so apply more. Another option is to side-step this stupid process, and get tight with a recruiter and networking. More importantly, once getting into an interview, you will find the only thing they value is LC top 50, so practice those.
