Anyone claiming Musk's purchase is a disaster is just looking to take shots at the guy. I say this not because I think it was a good move or a bad move, but because it's impossible to determine the success or failure of a deal that size in just a few months. It will be years before we can honestly asses how his Twitter acquisition went. I remember when Facebook bought Instagram, many pundits mocked Zuckerberg for spending over a billion dollars on what was then a basic photo sharing app. Many years later, the Instagram acquisition looks like a steal.
