Benesch: It is any kind of human communication that makes people more likely to condone or even commit violence against another group of people ... : So if someone tells me about Auschwitz, and I am then minded to go out and disrupt a Nazi demonstration, with violence, that was "dangerous speech" right? And that's a bad thing?
