- axiologist 4y agoThe article refers numerous times to a study, but no reference link to the actual study is given...

- BudaDude 4y agoWe didn't start the fire It was always burning, since the world's been turning
- mytailorisrich 4y agoNo-one is going to help you in this world. You have to help yourself. Certainly no-one helped China, for instance... Actually, no-one helped the West, either. So if your government takes unreasonably large loans from foreign powers, whose fault is that?
- TheLoafOfBread 4y agoWhoosh, stop demanding national responsibility for their own actions.
- ashwagary 4y ago>African governments owe three times more debt to Western banks, asset managers and oil traders than to China, and are charged double the interest rate. >No-one is going to help you in this world. You have to help yourself. Certainly no-one helped China, for instance... China's much criticized approach to governance cut off western theft almost completely. Any African nation attempting the same has its elected leaders assassinated and replaced by western puppets willing to re-enslave the country using unservicable debt.
- stjohnswarts 4y agoAnd who funds "Debt Justice" the org that put out the study. I couldn't find anything on their website.
